Purchase your 100 West Breast Badge today! This badge is authorized for uniform wear until January 1, 2028.

You must be an active or retired Phoenix Police Department employee and provide your serial number/civilian A-number, rank/title for verification.  All sworn ranks and department-approved civilian positions are authorized to purchase these badges (see department policy for authorized positions). Badges can be picked up at the museum upon receipt, mailed, or sent by interoffice delivery.
