The Phoenix Police Museum has transitioned to a new badge vendor. We are currently completing that transition and anticipate being able to accept new orders by the end of September.

You must be an active or retired Phoenix Police Department employee and provide your serial number/civilian A-number, rank/title for verification.  All sworn ranks and department-approved civilian positions are authorized to purchase these badges (see department policy for authorized positions). Badges can be picked up at the museum upon receipt, mailed, or sent by interoffice delivery.
