Badge PPD OVAL BREAST *For Current PPD Employees Only*

You must be an active Phoenix Police Department employee and provide your serial number/civilian A-number, rank/title and a current City of Phoenix email address for verification. You are limited to only two (2) badges. All sworn ranks and department-approved civilian positions are authorized to purchase badges. Badges can be picked up at the museum upon receipt, mailed, or sent by interoffice delivery. *You will be notified when your badge arrives at the museum. 

*NOTE: Due to a catastrophic equipment failure, badge orders are taking approximately 4-5 months to fulfill.
