Badge PPD OVAL BREAST *For Current PPD Employees Only*

You must be an active PPD employee and provide your serial number/civilian A-number, rank/title and a current City of Phoenix email address for verification. You are limited to only two (2) badges. All sworn ranks and Police Assistants are authorized to purchase badges. Estimated 16-week lead time. *You will be notified when your badge arrives at the museum. Badges can be picked up at the museum upon receipt, mailed, or sent by interoffice delivery.
